- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Yes — you add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. We email you 3 days before it ends and again the day before, and you can cancel in one click from your billing settings.
- What happens after the trial?
- Your subscription starts at $50/month and you keep working — nothing changes. If you cancel before the trial ends you're never charged, and your account is paused, not deleted: your data stays put and comes right back if you subscribe later.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. It's month to month with no contract — cancel from your billing settings and you won't be charged again.
- Does it work with Square?
- Yes. Connect your Square account and sales sync automatically, powering theoretical vs. actual COGS. Square isn't required, though — counts, recipes, and purchasing all work without it.
- How many people can I add?
- As many as you like. Team members and storage locations are unlimited on the one plan — there's no per-seat pricing.
